Rates: 
Peak Season:
  • Weekly rentals only during Peak season; Memorial Day to the end of August. 
  • In the event we are not fully booked, a 3-night rental may be available. 
2022 rates are as follows:
  • Cabins 1, 4, and 5 are $1,200/weekly
    • Nightly rate of $150 off peak
  • Cabins 2 & 3 are $1,050/weekly
    • Nightly rate of $140 off peak
  • Log Cabin $1,300/weekly 
    • Nightly rate of $165 off peak
  • ALL cabins are now equipped with window AIR CONDITIONERS at no extra charge***
* There is also a 6% sales/use tax.

Policies: 
Arrival/Departure:
  • Check OUT time is 10:00am
  • Check IN time is 3:00pm
  • Quiet Time is 11:00pm 
Deposit/Cancellation:
  • We require $200 deposit for weekly rentals and $100 deposit for any rentals less than 1 week.
  • Deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. 
  • Cancellation policy:
    • 60 days or longer from check-in day- Full deposit refunded (less $25 fee)
    • 30 days or longer from check-in day- 1/2 deposit refunded (less $25 fee)
    • Less than 30 days from check-in day- No deposit refunded. 
Cabins:
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CABINS!!! There will be an automatic $200 fee charged to credit card on file for any guest found smoking in cabins/smoke odor detected in cabins. 
  • NO pets
  • No working on snowmobiles or any other type of machinery in cabins
  • Please place all garbage bags in large blue cans located along fence. 
  • Please note maximum capacity for each cabin as we have several different size cabins. There will be a per day charge for any persons over the stated limit
  • Linen is not provided. Off peak season linen is available upon request.
  • These are modern housekeeping cabins. Please make sure all dishes are washed and placed back where you found them and cabin is left in good condition for the next renters. We have a cleaning crew that does cleaning/sanitizing between rentals
Outdoor Space:
  • NO fireworks without prior approval
  • NO cleaning fish in cabins. Fish cleaning station provided
  • Do not leave childrem unattended. For safety reasons, adult must accompany children when at the beach/firepit area
  • Boats must be placed on provided tie offs. Dream Catcher Outpost is not responsible for damage to private vessels (boats, jet-skis, rafts, and all other floating devices)
  • Life jackets MUST be worn at ALL times when using resort vessels
  • Campfires may be started at dusk, weather permitting. Fires MUST be extinguised prior to returning to cabin and may never be left unattended
  • We are all using the same community space so please be considerate and clear off toys from the beach when done using them
  • CAUTION-Seawall is VERY slippery! Enter water from dock ONLY
  • Please do not block driveway out of courtesy of other guests. There is a 2 car  maximum per cabin (including boat trailers). If you need additional parking space please notify owners as soon as possible and we will make every attempt  to accommodate you!!
